Experience and Leadership Matter

Over the past two decades, Sean has responded to several emergency outbreaks and pandemic situations including HIV, SARS, West Nile Virus, Monkeypox, H1N1, MERS, Ebola, CCHF, and COVID-19.  His experience and integrity provides a competitive edge when businesses, hospitals, and laboratories are seeking guidance which is evidence-based and does not pander to politics, emotion and fear.

Prior to working at Emory University, Sean served in the Office of Terrorism Preparedness and Emergency Response at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sean has over 27 years of infectious disease experience and his professional highlights include authoring a book titled Prepare and Protect: Safer Behaviors in Laboratory and Clinical Settings (2020); ensuring workforce preparedness and containment compliance the clinical treatment of Ebola in the United States; Congressional Testimony at the House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee - CDC Anthrax Laboratory Incident; grief coaching sessions for Malaysian Airlines (MH370) Crew Family Members; Founder of the Leadership Institute for Biosafety Professionals; Honor Award from the National Center for Infectious Diseases at the CDC; three Distinguished Service Awards for efforts related to the SARS outbreak, Anthrax Attacks, and September 11th response efforts from the Department of Health and Human Services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sean was censored, discriminated against, belittled, and attacked personally and professionally for his position against the unnecessary and unscientific universal lockdowns and injection mandates.  He provided expert declarations for several legal cases which included victories for Grace Community Church v. County of Los Angeles (keeping churches open) and Daily Wire v. OSHA (fighting against mandating the COVID-19 injection for all employees in businesses with more than 100 people).

In 2020, Sean was featured in Liberty Lockdown, a documentary challenging the universal lockdowns.  In August 2023, he will be featured in The Essential Church, a documentary which challenges the power of the government to list multiple businesses as essential - but list churches as unessential - shutting church services down.

Sean earned a Masters in Public Health and a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology at San Diego State University.  He is certified in public health and is an IFBA certified professional in biological risk management.
